Premise

I'm back. So here is the premise. On Nov. 12 I have a vision (or the government gives me a heads up ) that the zombie apocalypse will start on July 27, 2013. Now what?! I need to get in shape. I need to know how to support and protect my family when the you know what hits the fan. I need to stockpile chocolate! Why the specific dates you are probably asking yourself. Well, November 12th is when my work implements it's Hold for the Holidays contest. It's a close starting date and is extra motivation to hold or hopefully lose weight. And July 27? That is the Run For Your Lives 5k obstacle course in MN. If I can complete it I'll be impressed. If I can avoid being turned into a zombie, I'll be flabbergasted! Well, that's enough for now. I promised my daughter she could use the iPad tonight if she watched her brother while I wrote this. Don't laugh, it works! Whoops! Crying baby. Have to go!
